What are the silver-colored objects lying on top of the colored tools?
The silver/coloured ones are brushed with sugar syrup. It doesn't make any direct difference in taste; it's mostly for aesthetic appeal.

How long is the delivery time?
We ship all orders the same day if they are placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day. Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days depending on the shipping company and where in Sweden you live. During holidays and campaign periods, delivery may take a little longer. But we always do our best to ensure you receive your chocolate as quickly as possible 😃.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link from the shipping company. Via this link, you can follow your parcel's journey all the way to your home. If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance :)
Do you also deliver during summer/hot weather?
Yes, we deliver all year round – even on hot summer days. To ensure the chocolate maintains its high quality, we always pack carefully and use protective materials and cooling when necessary. During extreme heat, delivery times may be slightly adjusted to prevent the chocolate from melting, but we always ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
What do I do if I entered the wrong address when ordering?
If you discover that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible via email. If the package has not yet been sent, we can, of course, change the address for you. If the order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address, but we will gladly help you find the best solution together with the shipping company.
